Multimedia Journalism – Section Two: Fall 2014

In the age of digital journalism so much has changed. A journalist is no longer just a writer or a photographer. Today’s digital storytellers must be able to interview, research, write, shoot still photographs and video, edit, create graphics, and maps, all the while constantly responding to evolving interactive technology to make it all possible.

Multimedia Journalism – Section One: Fall 2014

The projects on this site represent the collected work of the 22 students in Peter Martyn’s Fall 2014 Multimedia Journalism class at Toronto’s University of Guelph-Humber. Each of these group projects was designed to showcase students’ collective and individual work, their ability to work together as part of a real-world team of journalists operating under the pressures of limited time and resources.
